WCES families gathered in the cold to start Thanksgiving off with a run. Jeremy finished in 23 minutes and the rest of the crew were right behind…..burning rubber. For most of the students, it was their first time running a 5K- and we must say, they conquered it! We even had two of our very own teachers running- Mrs. Sapp and Mrs. Mahoney. Congratulations to the WCES team- and thank you for representing our school in this inaugural event. We hope to see you next year (and maybe a few more) ready to take the challenge again.
